Program Overview
Completing a certification course is a milestone—but it is not the finish line. The transition from training to confident, independent practice is where most injectors struggle. This mentorship is designed to close that gap.
Over four structured clinical shifts at NIMS MedSpa in Houston, you will work one-on-one with an experienced injector in a real patient setting. You are not just observing—you are actively participating in consultations, treatment planning, and, when appropriate, performing injections under direct supervision.
This program is not a repeat of foundational training. It is designed to refine your clinical judgment, decision-making, and technique in real time. You will gain exposure to patient variability, facial asymmetries, treatment adjustments, and the nuances that are not taught in a classroom setting.
By the end of the program, the goal is simple: to help you feel more confident, capable, and prepared to treat patients safely.
This is not a repeat of your training course. The mentorship is designed to layer clinical judgment on top of the foundational skills you already have. You will face the kinds of decisions that textbooks do not fully prepare you for: patients with asymmetry, patients with unrealistic expectations, patients who are nervous, and outcomes that require adjustment. Your mentor has handled all of these situations and will walk you through each one.
What You Will Gain
Supervised Patient Treatment
Perform injections in a real clinical setting with immediate, expert feedback. This is not passive shadowing—you will be actively involved in patient care, clinical decision-making, and execution under supervision, based on your skill level and readiness.
Consultation & Treatment Planning
Great outcomes start before the syringe comes out. You will sit in on consultations, learn to evaluate what each patient actually needs versus what they are asking for, set expectations, and build treatment plans that account for anatomy, budget, and long-term goals.
Technique Refinement
Your mentor will evaluate and refine your technique in real time—focusing on hand positioning, needle angle, injection depth, and product placement. Small, consistent corrections across multiple patients create lasting improvements that cannot be replicated through online or group training.
Follow-Up & Outcome Assessment
Understand what happens after the treatment. Learn how to assess results, manage follow-ups, make adjustments, and handle complications—an essential part of building patient trust and long-term retention that is often overlooked in traditional trainings.

Who This Program Is For
NIMS Training Graduates
Injectors who have completed the NIMS 2-Day Training and are ready to gain real-world experience with guided support in a clinical setting.
Trained Elsewhere (Application Required)
Licensed medical professionals who have completed prior injectable training in the last 60 days and are seeking hands-on refinement, repetition, and increased clinical confidence. Approval is required to ensure alignment in technique, safety standards, and skill level.
